When establishing a connection the easiest way to do so is to go to rossware.com/connect. Select "I'm not on the phone with support".

After entering your information you will click on "connect now" and your browser will download the Bomgar application. 


After the application has downloaded, you will want to locate it in your downloads folder and run it. After opening it you will get additional windows; 

The first will be a window describing what type of actions to perform, in that window you will want to click "run". 


The next will be a request to share your screen, you will want to click the "Allow" button. Then you should be ready to receive assistance from one of our Tech Support Champions.
