Attached are 2 blank templates for creating the SdmLogo.jpg and the MyLogo.bmp. They contain the correct file name, file type, and dimensions so all that is needed is your personal touch.

The SdmLogo.jpg is used for the invoices that are sent from SD-Mobile. Further documentation can be found in this link.

The MyLogo.bmp is used for the Generic and POS Finished Forms created within ServiceDesk. Here are a couple links that discuss this further.

In regards to editing, you can simply use the default Windows Paint or Windows Paint 3D, however, there are quite a few free options in regards to image editing programs. One great alternative is InkScape.

Upon editing the files, please verify that they are the correct file names and file types. Once you have the files completed, you will want to place them in the sd/NetData folder. You can navigate to that folder by opening ServiceDesk, clicking on File Functions on the top left and then clicking About ServiceDesk. Once the About ServiceDesk window opens you will see lines of text on the bottom left with the second one down labeled “NetFilesPath=”. If you click on this line of text, it acts as a link that will open the NetData folder to where both of these files should be place. I have included a graphic at the bottom of this document to assist in navigating to the NetData folder.

I would also like to note that we do offer a service to edit these files for you at a fee of $150 an hour with a half hour minimum.
