- Paycode 1 - paid in full at the time of service
- Paycode 2 - billed
- Paycode 3 - previously billed, now fully paid
- Paycode 4 - bad debt / write-off
- Paycode 5 - discount
- Paycode 6 - Uncollectible, lost funds
