Within ServiceDesk, There is a way to have the timeclock prompt show up for a desk user, as soon as they login to their ServiceDesk application. To do so the following things must be true:
- The user has a password within 'Security' (ALT-F11) and the 'Persons provided with that password' exactly matches their desk user name.
- The desk user must have 'Hourly' within the Rate of Earnings Window (ALT-F2)
With these requirements fulfilled, your deskuser will be prompted to clock in as soon as they open up ServiceDesk.
